Kalaloch Lodge by the sea

We arrived at Kalaloch Lodge long before our rooms were ready.

We changed our shoes and went on a long beach walk.

The air was warm and the ocean cool.

Families played in the waves and near the birds.

We rested and watched the birds.

Living near the sea must be glorious! I am so landlocked in the Mid-west. Going to the ocean is a delight.
I thought our son-not-in-law would enjoy the Pirate Ship kite. He likes pirates.
