Vale, Oregon
We arrived in Vale, Oregon.
One of the many places the Pioneers stopped.
For some they had arrived at their destination.
This is a city of murals.
Their history decorates their buildings.
We left Vale and the Oregon trail.
We were in fossil country.
Our next stop was the John Day Fossil Beds.
I could hardly wait.
