Dear Lynne,
It was kind of Sue to tell how to create the slide show!
I enjoyed doing this and maybe as I learn I will do even better ones.
I liked the way one day could be done in one minute.
Fun!
I have a feeling I will want to do a few of these.

Dear Sue,
Thank you so much for leading the way. I was so pleased at how easy this was. Hausefrau is my i.t. lady and I did not have to call her for tec support.
You are computer savvy so I will see what "next" you come up with.
Thanks again for showing the way to slide shows. They are fun to do!

Sherry,

BRAVO! I'm so impressed with this. You did a wonderful job. The music and views are perfect!

I think slide show Friday's at Q's Corner will be a hit.

You need to teach me how to do that one day. I'll take a whole day off from work to learn how.

Hugs,
Mary

Several years ago we visited Victoria and went to Buchart Gardens. I have such fond memories of that holiday.

Dear Mary,
These are so easy to do.
I would love to show you how. You do not need a whole day to learn, but we could hang on the phone and giggle and laugh.
As you know I have taken to Slide Show Fridays. I think about what I will do all week!

Dear Cammyk,
We really had a wonderful time.
I liked the wild areas the best.
The gardens were so crowed and sterile...they have these bug traps all over so no bugs. I like bugs!!!
Victoria is abeautiful city.

I just found this video of Butchard GArdens. I have been there a couple of times. It is an amazing place.

This is where I first saw a hedge with a hole cut into it so you could peek at the ocean and beach beyond. Did you happen upon this area?

I have always wanted to do this in my garden. I have a pitiful start. It is actually just a nod to this intersting garden phenom. It will never look like the hedge at Butchard.

Dear Lisa,
We visited two gardens this day. One was near the bed and breakfast we stayed in the other Butchard. Butchard was huge and very crowded. I only saw two butterflies the entire time I was there. On further investigation I saw they had insect traps set up in the trees. I found Butchard to be very pretty but missed the birds and the bugs! The gardens on the castle grounds were also very beautiful with lots of bugs and birds! I enjoyed the Hummingbirds and the Peacocks.
I did not see the hedge with the hole cut in to view the ocean. Grat idea.
This was my first slide show. Glad you enjoyed it.
Our trip was fun!
